Find out which personal data is processed when you visit DukDrive, why it is processed, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
Dukvakha Khasaev
c/o IP-Management #10155 Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 18 20459 Hamburg Deutschland
Privacy contact: info@dukdev.com
2. Hosting and delivery
Lovable hosts this website. Requests may involve processing your IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and device details, response status, and diagnostic and security logs as necessary for delivery, stability, and abuse prevention.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is providing a secure, stable, functioning website.
The hosting provider is Lovable Labs Incorporated, 1 Lincoln St, Boston, MA 02111, USA.
The Lovable privacy notice identifies Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, in Section 21 for its own platform processing. Lovable is independently responsible for that processing.
3. Recipients and international processing
Recipients include hosting, CDN, and technical service providers. Lovable delivers websites through globally distributed servers, so processing is not limited to the EU. Its current subprocessor list is available in the Lovable Trust Center .
Section 12 of Lovable's privacy notice describes international processing, including in the USA, and refers to European Commission standard contractual clauses where required.
4. Retention periods
Contact requests are kept as needed to respond, handle follow-up questions, meet specific statutory retention duties, or establish and defend legal claims. They are then deleted.
Lovable describes operational and security logs as necessary for operating and securing its services. They are retained as long as needed for those purposes, and potentially longer when investigating security incidents.
5. Cookies, analytics, and diagnostics
DukDrive uses no analytics or advertising trackers of its own, newsletters, user accounts, or contact forms, and embeds no external fonts or media. Integrated visitor analytics is disabled.
Connection data and error logs necessary to operate the site may be processed (see Section 2). Nonessential tracking cookies or comparable device access would require consent where mandated by Section 25 TDDDG and the GDPR.
More information: Lovable Analytics · § 25 TDDDG.
6. Contacting us
When you contact us by email, phone, or mail, we may process the identity and contact details, address, message, time, and information needed to reply that you voluntarily provide. The usual basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, to answer inquiries. Article 6(1)(b) applies only to inquiries about our own contractual relationship; point (c) applies only to a specific legal obligation.
Mail to the c/o address is routed through Impressum-Privatschutz GmbH as a postal service provider. Email is received through the operator's email service. DukDrive does not request data to place a vehicle order.
7. Links to Tesla
Tesla pages are provided as ordinary external links. You visit Tesla only after clicking. Tesla then receives the technical data needed for the request and, for a referral link, the code in the URL, and processes these independently. DukDrive does not collect data for Tesla purchases or checkout.
The referrer may receive a Tesla reward for qualifying use. Tesla's applicable documents are its privacy notice and referral terms.
8. Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), and data portability (20 GDPR). You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) based on your particular situation (Article 21), and to direct marketing at any time. Consent may be withdrawn for the future under Article 7(3).
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may complain to a competent supervisory authority, especially where you live or work or where the alleged breach occurred. DukDrive makes no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. For privacy inquiries: info@dukdev.com.
Legal basis: General Data Protection Regulation.
