Understanding Tesla's referral program

The German Tesla program page calls it a referral link: a Tesla URL ending in a personal identifier, such as ts.la/… or tesla.com/referral/…. That identifier is often called a referral code. Do not assume there is a separate coupon field during checkout; attribution happens by opening the link.

The benefit appears on Tesla's landing page after clicking and in its subsequent official checkout. Do not treat anything absent there as promised.

A referral link can associate a Tesla page visit with a participating account. It is neither a coupon nor a guarantee. Eligibility depends on the German terms at the time of ordering and the official checkout display. Do not assume retroactive attribution.

Open the official program page first. Then check that the country, vehicle, account, and timing match your situation. Only then begin ordering with Tesla; DukDrive accepts neither orders nor payments.

The buyer benefit concerns the person placing the order. The referrer reward concerns the account credited with the referral. Type, amount, validity, and requirements may differ; one does not prove the other.

• Buyers: what exactly appears during your checkout?
• Referrers: is your account eligible, and what limits apply?
• Both: which model, country, and period does the information cover?

Record or save the answers relevant to your decision:

• Is this the account's first qualifying purchase?
• Must the link be used before starting the order?
• Which models, regions, and accounts are included or excluded?
• When does the promotion end, and when does any credit expire?
• Is the expected benefit visible before you commit to the order?

Only Tesla sets amounts, kilometers, and eligibility. Its landing page and checkout display are decisive. Also read the program overview and the order checklist.
